Bakossi Wuri was the Polemarch of the International Fleet. He was first introduced in Ender in Exile.

History

Ender in Exile

Sometime before 41 AX, Wuri became Polemarch after Admiral Chamrajnagar's resignation. When the IFcoltrans1 arrived at Shakespeare, Wuri and Minister of Colonization Hyrum Graff wrote Admiral Quincy Morgan a letter informing him that he would relinquish authority to designated Governor Ender Wiggin and not step foot on the planet, or be tried for mutiny.

Though Earth no longer faced the threat of an alien invasion, which was the reason behind the creation of the Fleet, Polemarch Wuri and the rest of the Fleet worked on the Dispersal Project for years after the end of the Formic Wars.
