Pablo de Noches was originally from Valencia, Spain. He was the janitor who took Bean away from the "Clean Place" when he was an infant and took him home. Bean stayed at Pablo de Noches's home for a while, and then went away. Years later, Bean comes back to him because he remembers where Pablo's house is.
