Randall First (also known as Achilles de Flandres II) was one of the offspring of Bean and Petra; he was the last one to be found and confirmed. Randall had been rather uprising ever since he was a small child. Because of Anton's Key being turned on, he learned to walk and talk etc. at an extraordinary young age. Because his "mother", Randi, had been brainwashed by Achilles de Flandres I, she taught him to view Achilles' enemies as evil. This meant in Randall's opinion, Virlomi, governor of Ganges, the late Peter Wiggin, Hegemon of Earth, and Bean were all evil. He also started the "natives of Ganges" movement, which advocated against the majority Indian population of Ganges and claimed them to be the heirs of Formics. Randall believed that the Xenocide of Buggers was not infact a good thing, like some thought, but the most hideous crime in history. Blame ultimately fell upon Ender Wiggin and His Jeesh, for commanding the ships that deployed the Molecular Detachment Device on the Formic Homeworld and unintentionally wiped the Buggers out of the universe.
Eventually, Randall Firth assaulted Governor Virlomi and was to be sent to Earth for trial on the next arriving space ship. When the ship to carry Achilles II back to Earth arrived at Ganges, he was suprised to see that the very Ender Wiggin who caused the First Xenocide disembarked with Valentine Wiggin, he Ender the Xenocide and Peter the Hegemon's sister. Randall decided that the only way to destroy Ender's reputation once and for all was to have Ender kill him, like he did to Stilson and Bonzo Madrid, thus proving once and for all that Ender Wiggin was a child and alien killing monster. When Ender and Achilles II finally meet, Achilles II tries to provoke Ender into killing him, but he only succeeds in brutally beating Ender up as Ender tells him about his true parents, thus giving him the beating that Ender gave to Stilson and Bonzo. Valentine had been watching the entire confrontation, but didn't even try as to call for help or intervene. Eventually, Ender, who has broken nose, several broken ribs, and barely conscious, is taken to a doctor, where Randall Firth repents and finally accepts truth; Ender renames him Arkanian Delphiki. Eventually, Ender gets well and asks for Arkanian not to be sent on trial, and so Arkanian remains on Ganges.
It seems as if the idea of Ender Wiggin being the worst criminal ever eventually catches on and eventually becomes the unanimous consensus of the galaxy. Ender and the Final battle are know for thousands of years as Ender the Xenocide and The First Xenocide respectively.
