Sister Carlotta was a recruiter for the I.F.'s training program. She discovered Bean and Achilles.

Sister Carlotta was a Catholic Nun originally from Catalonia in Spain. Eventually she came to Rotterdam and helped with testing potential kids to Battle School. Because of the many homeless children created by Hegemony population control laws, few of the children even got marginal success on tests, so Carlotta set them up to be sent to a Ground School somewhere on Earth. By 1185 b.s.c her early successes had graduated from college. Eventually she came to find Achilles and Bean, whom were one of the best she had ever tested. Bean came to her telling that Achilles killed Poke, so Sister Carlotta sent Achilles to a Ground School where he would never hurt Bean and sent Bean to Battle School. (To be continued)
